OneSource MaterialsTo become enrolled in the OneSource program:

  1. Call OneSource at 1.888.SOLIRIS (1.888.765.4747) to speak to an Alexion Case Manager
     
  2. The Alexion Case Manager will collect information and explain the OneSource services to you
     
  3. You will need to sign and return the Alexion consent forms to OneSource (these can be mailed or faxed back to 1.203.699.2000)
     
  4. The Alexion Case Manager is now in a position to help you navigate insurance issues and coordinate other needs that are important to your SOLIRIS treatment plan

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING: SERIOUS MENINGOCOCCAL INFECTION

SOLIRIS® increases the risk of meningococcal infections.

Patients should be vaccinated with a meningococcal vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to receiving the first dose of SOLIRIS. Revaccinate according to current medical guidelines for vaccine use.

Patients should be monitored closely for early signs of meningococcal infections and evaluated immediately if infection is suspected, and treated with antibiotics if necessary.

The effect of withdrawal of anticoagulant therapy during SOLIRIS treatment has not been established. Therefore, treatment with SOLIRIS should not alter anticoagulant management.

The most frequent adverse events observed in clinical studies were headache, nasopharyngitis, back pain, nausea, fatigue, and cough.
