The Symptom Tracker Tool

Getting the most out of the Symptom Tracker

Understanding and monitoring your symptoms is an important part of managing your PNH. Symptoms associated with PNH can change over time, and are different from person to person. You may experience one or more of these symptoms quite frequently or just occasionally. However, you may not immediately feel other potential complications, such as blood clots and vital organ damage.

Using your Symptom Tracker

  1. Each time a symptom occurs, record the date, time, and severity in the first available box.
  2. Use this scale to describe the severity of your symptoms from 1 to 5: Very Mild, Mild, Moderate, Severe, Extreme (Extreme being the worst).

Whether or not you are on Soliris® therapy, make sure to bring this tool with you each time you visit a member of your healthcare team.
